Local avocado export is well developed, and many fruit bearing an Israeli stamp may be found in France and Germany. We are left to enjoy this green gold, which arrives around autumn and stays with us until summer begins. This poster will introduce the variety of local avocado cultivars and help you select the fruit at market according to its date of harvest
